It's awesome to have you with us! The BodyMind Coach PARK FiT are so much more than just exercise classes. They are holistic fitness programmes based on sport science and years of experience, designed to help each member to reach their very own fitness and wellbeing goal, with continuous coach support along the way. In our unique programme each member gets a 1:1 session with your coach where you spend half an hour together to review your goals, assess muscle strength, look at technique, and devise a plan to train you the best way possible. You will also have regular review sessions to asses your progress and goals. All the benefits of Personal Training at a fraction of the cost. What’s more, you have full flexibility to make up any missed class at other PARK FiT classes or at our unique BODY BLiTZ programme within a month. The full schedule can be found here.
Here are four quick steps to get you started.
STEP 1. Book your 1:1 Personal Training Consultation with your coach
We will meet either straight before or after our PARK FiT session. Please allow 30 minutes for this.
STEP 2. Fill out your Fitness Questionnaire prior to your 1:1 Consultation to help us train you the best way possible.
Fill in and submit your PT Fitness Questionnaire. This will help us train you best in our class and provide very personalised coaching for you. (Of course, all information is confidential and will never be passed on to anyone.)
We train the best when we train with our friends, so as a little thankyou for your trust in us you we give you a 10% off vouchers to pass on to your friends. They can redeem their vouchers when they sign up to PARK FiT within one month of you. Simply ask your coach for a voucher in class. (Of course we will never pass on any email addresses to anyone, and we will only email them once with their voucher. Alternatively, ask your coach for a voucher in class.)
STEP 4. Join your AC Team on Whatsapp and Social Media
You will be invited to join our members only whatsapp group where you will get updates relating to your classes, join team events, chat to other members and enjoy the feeling of being part of a great community. It's great having you!
