It's awesome to have you with us! The BodyMind Coach BODY BLiTZ sessions are more than just exercise classes. They are fitness programmes designed to help each member to reach their very own fitness goal, with continuous coach support along the way. This is where Personal Training meets Group Training. I offer every new member a complimentary 1:1 Personal Training Consultation. We will spend half an hour together to review your goals, assess muscle strength, look at technique, and devise a plan to train you the best way possible. We will also have regular complimentary 1:1 review sessions to make sure you are on track and to adjust your programme to the next level. All the benefits of Personal Training at a fraction of the cost. What’s more, you have full flexibility to make up any missed classes through our catch-up system and workout video library. Here are four quick steps to get you started.
STEP 1. Book your 1:1 Personal Training Consultation with your coach
We will meet either straight before or after BodyBlitz. Please allow 30 minutes for this session.
STEP 2. Fill out your Fitness Questionnaire prior to your 1:1 Consultation to help us train you the best way possible.
We train the best when we train with our friends, so as a little thankyou for your trust in us you we give you three 10% off vouchers to pass on to your friends. They can redeem their voucher when they sign up to BodyBlitz within one month of you.
