The BodyMind Coach PARK FiT  
Where individualised Personal Training meets motivational Group Training.

Welcome to The BodyMindCoach PARK FiT. Whether you are new to exercising, want to raise your fitness to the next level, are looking for professional cross-training to complement your training, or simply want to maintain your fitness, these classes are for you. We are so much more than just a fitness class. We have a unique state-of-the-art training system that provides you with the best training out there to help you to achieve your goals!

In our unique programme each member gets a 1:1 session with your coach where you spend half an hour together to review your goals, assess muscle strength, look at technique, and devise a plan to train you the best way possible. Your coach will be able to support you through the workout sessions individually and amend exercises where needed.  You will also have regular review sessions to asses your progress and goals. All the benefits of Personal Training at a fraction of the cost!

​What’s more, you have full flexibility to make up any missed class at other classes or at our unique BODY BLiTZ programme within a month. The full schedule of all classes can be found here.

How to book

You can choose to come ONCE, TWICE or THREE times per week. After booking your package below you will be automatically directed to your Welcome Page where you can book your slot for your complimentary 1:1 PT Consultation.

FAQs

Q: Is there a minimum sign up time? 
A: You sign up for one month at a time. It will renew automatically every month. There is no sign up fee, no minimum membership, you can pause your membership when you are away for more than 2 weeks, and you can cancel anytime after which you can use your remaining sessions up within a month (we cannot offer refunds for unused sessions). The reason is to be able to offer you a unique individualised training that enables you to reach your very own goals, train injury-free, meet like-minded people and enable an amazing group spirit. 

Q: Are drop ins possible?
A: We have a unique training approach where every member gets a 1:1 Personal training Consultation so we can train you the best way possible, and you get the most out of your sessions. This is where Personal Training meets motivational Group Training, and it sets our classes apart from any other classes out there. Therefore, we appreciate your understanding that drop-ins are not available.

Q: What if I miss a class?
A: We have a range of classes and you can make up any class with any other class available within the same month. A bootcamp falling on a public holiday can also be made up in another session. Often, as a courtesy to our members, we offer sessions on public holidays. In those sessions, you can bring your kids (they will remain under your supervision throughout the class), and your partner who can partake on a courtesy members-only-drop-in for 15€. 

Q: What if a class gets cancelled?
A: If your class gets cancelled because your coach is sick or there is a public holiday, you can always make up the class at any other sessions available on our schedule within a month.  

Q: What other classes do I have access to?
A: You can choose between all our Outdoor Fitness Classes and our Online Live BodyBLiTZ classes. In your unlimited package, also the whole workout library with over 400 workouts ranging from 10-minutes to 60-minutes workouts are included.

Q: Can I combine my bootcamp with the KidS FiT sessions? 
A: Yes you can! Simply talk to us which package to book. 

Q: Can I make up a session in a KiDs FiT session?
A: Yes you can come to a KiDs Fit together with your child. A members-only-drop-in is available at 10€ per child.
