A fun way to physical and mental fitness for KiDs
In our KiDs classes, we welcome children on their own or with their parent(s). What is better depends very much on your child, their age and what you are trying to achieve. Some like to give their children the freedom and confidence to stay in class by themselves, others enjoy the bonding time with their kids and motivating their kids by being a role model for a healthy, active life - whilst getting a good workout themselves.
Generally, classes are suitable for school-aged children between 6 and 14 years old. Siblings can always stay together in one class if they wish. Children aged 5 and under can join with their parent.
KiDs FiT classes take place in German and English, so not only do your kids get physically and mentally fit, they are also exposed to another language in a safe and playful environment - just the way children naturally learn a new language.
